Yes, we can. At any point, you are able to instruct a firm of solicitors of your own choice. You should contact us as soon as possible, so that we can request your case papers from your previous lawyers. Even if you were being dealt with under legal aid, we may still be able to transfer the legal aid certificate to this firm, in certain circumstances.
